1. Return Eligibility
Due to the consumable nature of tea products, returns are accepted only in specific circumstances.
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product package is tampered with before delivery.
- Product received is defective or unusable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed products.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.
- Returns requested after the specified return period.
3. Return Request Process
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID.
- Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review the request and provide further assistance.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved and verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed only after verification.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
- Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
